100 Thieves arrive at the NODWIN Clutch Series 9 playoffs riding one of the hottest streaks in the tournament.
The Thieves have won four straight matches heading into this playoff clash, and that momentum is no accident. Their 80% winrate over the past month tells the story of a team peaking at exactly the right time. K27, by contrast, have dropped four of their last five, including losses to magic, Gentle Mates, Falcons, and WW. The gap in form is stark.
Map control is where 100 Thieves hold a structural edge. Their Inferno numbers are elite, and K27 know it. K27 ban Inferno 98% of the time, which takes away one of the Thieves' sharpest weapons but also signals fear. That kind of reactive vetoing puts K27 in a defensive posture before a single round is played. 100 Thieves have the map pool depth to absorb that ban and still compete.
K27's one genuine strength is Mirage, with a 74% winrate across 23 maps. If the veto hands them that map, they will be dangerous. But a perfect recent-month record built almost entirely on a single win over Walczaki one day ago cannot paper over the losses at PGL Astana and beyond. K27 have proven they struggle against elite opposition, and 100 Thieves are exactly that right now.
Thunderpick odds(at time of writing):
100 Thieves to win 1.62
K27 to win 2.15
