NaVi's map pool depth should be too much for a Legacy side riding a hot streak but running out of places to hide.
Legacy arrive in impressive form, winners of four of their last five matches and carrying real momentum off back-to-back wins over Astralis and Monte. Their Inferno is a genuine weapon, and an 83% win rate last month shows this is not a team to dismiss. The problem is their veto. Anubis banned 73% of the time, Mirage heavily targeted, and a Train win rate sitting at a dire 29% means opponents can systematically box them into uncomfortable territory from the first pick.
NaVi's recent form has wobbled, dropping matches to G2 and MOUZ, and a 56% win rate last month compared to 68% overall signals some inconsistency. That said, their map pool is a different tier entirely. Ancient at 71% and Train at 60% give them reliable landing spots that Legacy simply cannot match. When NaVi control the veto, they can dictate the pace of the series and avoid the coin-flip maps where upsets happen.
Legacy's ceiling in this matchup is forcing a chaotic, narrow map pool and stealing a game on Inferno. That is a real threat, but it is unlikely to carry them to a series win. NaVi have the structure, the experience at this level, and the deeper map pool to close this out comfortably.
Verdict: Natus Vincere 2-0 Legacy
